All jewelry left in our care is repaired on-site by our Master Jeweler, Matthew Valentine. Matthew has more than 30 years of experience as a jeweler. He is a master in CAD design and does impeccable work on the bench. Matthew enjoys working on higher-end pieces and custom-creating jewelry. If you're lucky, you might get to see a custom designed piece in our show case that he designed.
