What to bring to apply
Customers who wish to apply for this special financing offer must bring the following:
- Government-issued photo identification
- Government-issued social security number
- Valid mailing address with a street, rural route, or APO/FPO. We do not accept P.O. Box mailing addresses for the credit application.

All John Thomas fine fashion jewelry and custom design jewelry pieces come with a free lifetime nationwide warranty. Every six months, customers receive a reminder to have their jewelry inspected. As a bonus, we pay for our customers' first year of insurance coverage.
